Mrs. Kristi Long, Assistant Principal

Welcome to Monrovia Elementary! This will be my sixth year at MES, and I have enjoyed working with the staff, students, and the community. I am starting my 21st year in education. This is my eighth year in Madison County. It is great to be a part of this great school system.

I am married to Darrell Long. We have three boys. Logan is in the 11th grade at Hazel Green High School. Webber is in the eighth grade at Meridianville Middle School, and Hopkins is in the sixth grade at Moores Mill Intermediate School.

I'm an avid sports fan. Roll Tide! Other than watching my boys play sports, I also enjoy painting and fishing.

I am excited for the upcoming year!  Please let me know if I can be of any assistance.

MES Hawks Rock!
